英文合同之常用句型

合同開頭
This agreement is made and takes effect on MM/DD/YYYY between____(company), hereafter called "Company" and ____(employee), hereafter called "Employee".
此協定由____(公司)，以下簡稱“公司”，和____(雇員)，以下簡稱“雇員”，雙方簽訂，自YYYY年DD月MM日起生效。
注：英文合同里所有注明“以下簡稱”的內容，在后文出現的時候，都會使用大寫。
Employment period 聘用期
The Company agrees to employ the Employee and the Employee agrees to be employed by the Company, for a period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on December 31, 2016.
該公司同意聘用該雇員，該雇員也同意被該公司聘用，雙方雇傭期由簽署協議之日起至2016年12月31日止。
Position and Duties 崗位職責
During the Employment Period, the Employee shall serve as____ of the Company and, in so doing, shall report to the____.
在雇傭期內，雇員作為公司____一員盡責，向____匯報。
During the Term, the Employee shall devote his full time, attention, skill and efforts to the performance of his duties for the Campany.

Compensation 薪酬
Base Salary 基本工資
The Corporation shall pay the Employee during the Employment period an annual base salary of $___ per year, which shall be paid on a semi-monthly basis.
在雇傭期內，公司應當付雇員基本年薪___美元，每半月一付。
Bonus 獎金
In addition to annual base salary, the Employee shall be eligible to receive during the Employment Period an annual bonus.
除基本工資外，在雇傭期內，雇員有資格獲得年度獎金。
Vacation and Holidays 休假和節假日
During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and paid holidays in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company.
在雇傭期內，根據公司制定的計劃、政策、項目和具體操作，雇員有權獲得帶薪休假和帶薪節假日。
Termination of Employment 雇傭終止
Employee's employment shall terminate upon his/her death; inability or failure to perform the duties required by his/her employment; or his/her written notice of resignation given to the Company.
雇傭在以下情況會終止：職員死亡;職員不能夠勝任工作要求的職責;或者職員向公司遞交了辭職信。
