From my point of view, when faced with the disassociation, one should adapt himself to working environment as soon as possible by adjusting his owninformation system.
What's more important, life-long learning is essential to one's career success.
Even after one reached the required levels from college education curriculum, pursuit ofknowledge should never be ceased.
Last but not least，we should bear this firmly in mind that one's ability is valued much morethan one's academic degree.
