中國水務投資有限公司（HHO）是由水利部綜合事業局聯合戰略投資者發起成立的國家級專業水務投資和運營管理公司，注冊資本金12億元人民幣。公司主要從事原水開發和供應、區域間調水、城市供排水、污水處理、污泥處理、苦咸水淡化和固廢處理等水務與環保行業投資運營管理及相關增值服務。
公司以為社會提供清潔安全水源和為股東創造最大價值為宗旨，將HHO打造成水務行業最具影響力的卓越品牌。公司成立以來，積極開拓水務市場，擴大資產規模，先后在上海、山東、江蘇、浙江、新疆、四川、湖南、內蒙、安徽、東北等地投資控股成立了21家水務公司，并控股參股多家上市公司。

HHO is a national corporation specialized in water investment, operation and management and co-founded by the Bureau of Comprehensive Development of the Ministry of Water Resources and other strategic investors. Its business scope covers water project investment, operation and management as well as the provision of other water related value-added services, e.g. , development and supply of raw water, inter-region water transfer, urban water supply & drainage services, brackish water desalination, waste water treatment, sludge treatment, power generation by garbage、ecological restoration of rivers and lakes, etc. At the moment, HHO registered capital of RMB 1.2 billion, the boasts total assets of RMB 20 billion and its water treatment capacity is 7.5 million tons per day.
HHO will draw upon successful experience of international and domestic water groups, join forces with financial institutions.
