書面通告的英語作文格式要求
1.通告的標志：標志一般要醒目，多用Notice作標題。
2.出通告的單位和時間：一般分別位于正文的右下角和右上角。不過，這兩項有時可以省略。
3.通告的正文：要寫明所做事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內容、出席對象及有關注意事項。
4.通告的對象：一般用第三人稱，但如果帶有稱呼語，則用第二人稱來表示。
5.通告的文體：注意用詞貼切，語句簡潔。
